Protein Smoothing is an organic nanoplasty treatment that effectively smooths the hair without damaging or breaking disulfide bonds. The procedure works on the hair structure through a protein matrix, acidic pH, and heat fixation, ensuring a safe, controlled, and predictable result.

The formula is based on a complex of amino acids, lactic acid, and hydrolyzed proteins that fills damaged areas of the hair fiber, smooths the cuticle, and reduces frizz while preserving elasticity, natural movement, and shine.

Protein Smoothing is formaldehyde-free, does not produce strong odors or discomfort during the procedure, and is suitable for natural, colored, and bleached hair. The treatment is performed in a single step and does not require prior washing with a clarifying shampoo.

1. Shake the product thoroughly before use.

2. Pre-washing is not mandatory. If hair contains oils, masks, or styling products, wash with a regular shampoo. Rinse thoroughly and dry hair 100% before application.

3. Apply the product to dry hair, avoiding contact with the scalp.

4. Processing time:

• Blonde, colored, grey, bleached, or fine hair – up to 50 minutes

• Thick, resistant, or naturally curly hair – up to 1 hour 30 minutes

5. After the processing time, rinse the product out completely with water.

6. Dry hair 100% and apply a heat protectant.

7. Divide hair into thin sections and flat iron according to hair structure and condition.

• Bleached, very fine, or damaged hair – 6–10 passes

• Medium-texture, natural or colored hair – 10–15 passes

(the more sensitive the hair, closer to 10; the denser and more resistant, closer to 15)

• Thick, curly, or highly resistant hair – 15–20 passes

• Thick or highly resistant hair – up to 230 °C

• Fine, light, grey, or colored hair – 180–210 °C

• After the procedure, an ammonia-free toning mask may be used.

At the end of the procedure, the use of Let Me Be Velvet Drops hair oil is recommended.

Hair washing is not mandatory after the procedure.

If hair is washed within the first 24 hours after straightening, follow these guidelines:

• Do not use shampoo

• Rinse hair with water only

• Conditioner or mask may be used

• Avoid hot water and excessive mechanical stress

This approach helps preserve the treatment results, ensures proper stabilization of active ingredients within the hair structure, and reduces premature loss of effect.
